Little more than a ruin in 2002, Les Roches has undergone massive restoration to become a fabulous holiday home offering all modern conveniences and yet retaining the character and charm of a beautiful rustic French farmhouse.

Les Roches had been designed for outdoor living - a large roof terrace opens off the kitchen and living room to provide a commanding view over a tranquil valley, offering the perfect spot to enjoy the morning chorus of wildlife or catch the impressive sunsets that silhouette the church opposite. During the day, the swimming pool and pool terrace provides the ultimate, private suntrap to enjoy our lovely weather, whilst the summer kitchen at pool level is right on-hand - perfect for cold drinks and light snacks. Budding chefs will appreciate the BBQs - one gas and two coal-fired - or will the farmhouse kitchen be the heart of the gourmet operation?

An impressive roof terrace opens from the living room and kitchen, offering a commanding view over the secluded valley whilst retaining complete privacy. The heated saltwater swimming pool is key to an excellent holiday, and offers complete privacy and tranquility. Perfect for skinny-dipping!

Each bedroom at Les Roches has an ensuite. All have showers - in addition some have baths. All are equipped with lovely French antique furniture With an unswerving eye for quality, we have tried to include flexibility - so whether a golf party, an extended family, or just a group of friends, Les Roches should meet your every need. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and double-ended roll-top bath - great for couples. 'The Hayloft' and 'Eaves' are both twins that can accommodate cots, or be roled as double bedrooms. Ensuites in both.

...all year Round
You can enjoy the delights of Les Roches year round, with central heating, double glazing, a log burning stove and great winter facilities. Les Roches is available for vacation rental throughout the spring, summer and into autumn in multiples of week long lets, or over the winter for a long term let on more flexible terms.

The wood-burning stove adds atmosphere in winter (the central heating is perfectly adequate without!). Candles add stmosphere further - the ideal accompaniment to antique furniture!
