The perfect poperty for a long-term let

Les Roches is available for long term let over the winter months from November to mid-April. It is ideal for house-hunters and property purchasers, being well-located and comfortable with its central heating and all mod cons. The living room has a log-buring stove for those evenings where you would like a little more atmosphere, and the sauna is great for those long winter evenings.

The log-burning stove is great for that little extra atmosphere in the long winter evenings Although unusual, it can snow in winter!

The sauna offers that little extra comfort. It is not uncommon to enjoy Christmas lunch outside - and what better spot than the roof terrace!

We live opposite, having moved to the area in 2002. We have renovated the property from scratch, and are always available to offer advice, assistance and contacts with all aspects of purchase and renovation. A qualified Civil Engineer, Stewart used to do architect's drawings for clients here, and as such is fully aware of what is feasible, what is not, and how best to advance planning applications. Moreover, we have now established an estate agency, and can help with finding property shoud you be looking. We have a young family (the youngest of which was born here), and Michelle is very happy to offer assistance and advice with navigating the French systems of health and education.
