| 2005 Prices & Availability
Notes Prices The prices quoted above are per week for either part of the property ('La Ferme', with 4 bedrooms ensuite, sleeping 8-9, and for the apartment 'Petit Roc' sleeping 2-3 ensuite). It may be possible in low season to accommodate shorter breaks or different start dates. Process 1. If the weeks you require are available we ask you email or call us with details of your planned party for confirmation of availability (we may have provisional bookings pencilled in which are not booked out here until receipt of the booking deposit). 2. On confirmation from us that you have priority for your chosen dates, please print the booking form and send it to us along with a deposit of 25% of the cost of the holiday. We will then send you written confirmation of your booking. 3. We then book out the dates on the website, and will send you details oto assist with planning and booking other holiday arrangements. Please read the booking conditions. Long Term Lets The Farmhouse (4 bedrooms/central heating/log burning stove/5 minutes from Eymet with it's schools/shops/restaurants etc) is available for a long winter-let from November 2006 to March/April 2007, please contact us for prices and further information. STOP PRESS - Sorry,
'La Ferme' is now booked for the winter period. The apartment 'Petit Roc'
is still available, and, with its central heating, is ideally suited to
house hunters. We can be flexible regarding dates - please contact
us for further info.

Why Friday Changeover?? Greater availability and cheaper prices for flights, ferries and hotel accommodation en-route. Less congestion on the roads. Allows Saturday to do the 'big supermarket shop' (supermarkets are closed Sunday in the main). Allows guests to fully take part in the activities programmed for Saturday day and evening (often the busiest day for events during the summer months). Why not?
